✓ You must be 18 years or older to use our Service or book any tour/safari rides.
✓ You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction as well as the laws of India.
✓ You are responsible for all activity and content you provide during booking.
✓ A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms will result in immediate termination of services.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before you register or book with us.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee, express or implied.
🌿 Our safari rides are privately operated and we are not the official government portal for Corbett Tiger Reserve. Corbett Adventure acts as an authorized facilitator ensuring full compliance with CTR norms.
You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages including loss of profits, goodwill, or data resulting from the use of our service.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind will result in immediate account termination and legal actions as per Indian law.
We do not claim intellectual property over the material you provide. The failure of Corbett Adventure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
Different payment term options are available depending on the booking type. All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
Payments can be made via online transfers, UPI, or cards. Delayed payments may result in cancellation of confirmed bookings.
Prices are subject to change as per our rules. Corbett Adventure reserves the right to modify or terminate services temporarily or permanently with reasonable notice where possible.
We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Our safari rides are operated by professional local guides and drivers. All rides follow safety protocols; participants must follow instructions during jungle tours. Corbett Adventure is a private tour facilitator — we are not affiliated with any government tourism department.
For any disputes, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By using our services you agree to indemnify us against liabilities arising from your negligence or violation of laws.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected delays, medical emergencies or tour interruptions.
